摘　　要： 从产业结构和体育场馆价值链入手,剖析了大型体育场馆实行酒店化管理的前提条件和竞争优势,从而为我国大型体育场馆在未来的市场经济中创造和保持在产业中的竞争优势提供参考。 From the begining of industrial strocmrce and value chain of gymnasiums and stadiums,this article analyzes the precondition and competitive advantages of management for large-scale Gymnasiums and stadiums hotel,in order to afford references which can creat and keep competitive advantages of our large-scale Gymnasiums and stadiums in industry and the future market economy.
