强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化合成丙二酸二乙酯

摘  要: 首次以强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,以装有无水硫酸镁的索氏提取器为脱水装置,催化合成了丙二酸二乙酯,该催化剂催化活性高,易分离,不腐蚀设备,无废酸排放,催化剂易再生,是一种环境友好催化剂。考察了影响反应的条件,获得优化试验条件如下:丙二酸0.2mol,无水乙醇0.6mol,催化剂1.5g,无水MgSO48g,反应时间5h,转化率达95.5%。 With anhydrous magnesium sulfate packed in Soxhlet extractor as dehydrant, and cation exchange resin as catalyst, diethyl malonate was first synthesized by estcfification of malonic acid with ethyl alcohol. The catalyst had high activity, no corrosion to the facilities,reaction product separated easily and no waste acid discharged. It was an environmentily friendly catalyst. The reaction conditions of estcrification were studied. The optimum condition was obtained as follows: malonic acid 0.2mol, ethyl alcohol 0.6mol, catalyst 1.5g,rcaction time5h, anhydrous magnesium sulfate 8g. The conversion was 95.5% under the optimum conditions.
