摘　　要： 合法执政是现代政治的要求。任何政党要想持续不断地获得合法执政形象,就必须积极适应时代的变化,并根据时代变化的要求,即时调整自己的执政基础和施政纲领。“构建社会主义和谐社会”,既是中国共产党顺应时代发展潮流的结果,也是中国共产党积极探索以“共同利益”为核心的新的政治合法性的利益诉求。 Legitimacy in welding state power is a must in modern politics Any political party that wants to constantly keep its legitimacy in wielding state power, must adapt itself to the changes of the times actively and adjust its political foundation and administrative program in line with the demands of the changed age in time. ＂Building a harmonious socialist society＂ is a product of the fact that the Communist Party of China is trying to conform to the development trend of the times. And it is also an appeal for interests that the Party seeks for a new political legitimacy with the ＂common interests＂ as its core.
