摘 要: 高校人才流动尤其是人才的横向流动给高校组织与教师个体带来的影响,是近年来高等教育学界和高校人事管理关注的热点。高校教师的横向流动根据不同的流动参照点,可以划分出多种类型的横向流动。当然,无论是何种横向流动,高校教师的横向流动的张力都存在清晰的主要因素张力作用线,即教师个体的职业动机、科研组织的效能规则以及教师资源不均衡分布及阶层化的社会流动驱力,在引导或加剧高校教师的多向度流动。只有对高校教师的流动类型和流动模式作出科学合理的判断,才能有利于高校及社会相关部门更加合理地通过流动来配置高校师资。 The effect on college organizations and teacher individual brought by College teachers' mobility, especially the lateral mobility' has been studiedas a hot point by that pedagogy circle and college human management department in recent years. The concept of the lateral mobility and its types, are defined. Of course, no matter which lateral mobility, the tension of lateral mobility of college teachers has a clear main factor-tension action line, that is, the profession motivation of teacher individual, the effective rules of research organization as well as the social mobility drive of the imbalance distribute and rank of teacher resources, which guide or intensify multi-directional mobility. Only making scientific reasonable judgment on the mobility types and patterns of college teachers can help colleges and social relevant departments to deploy college teachers more reasonably through mobility.
