摘　　要： 提出一种在三坐标测量机上基于坐标变换与自动测圆相结合的方法,实现不规则曲线分度测量的精密测量方法。实践表明,该方法具有测量精度高、操作简单、无需后续处理等特点。 A measuring method based on coordinate measuring machine through combining coordinate transformation and circle measurement automatically was introduced. By this method, the irregular curve calibration measurement could be implemented. The experimental result on a cam indicated clearly that this method has high precision and is easy to operate without any afterward process.
