摘 要: 基于Hg2+与KI-CuSO4反应生成橙红色Cu2HgI4,用漫反射光谱直接测定汞沉淀物.探讨了该方法的影响因素及测定条件.方法的线性范围0.1—6.0μg,检测限为0.01μg,用于污水及土壤样品中微量汞的测定回收率达96%—102%. A new method for the determination of mercury by diffuse reflectance spectrometry was developed. The method was applied to determination of mercury in samples based on the reaction of Hg^2+ with KI-CuSO4. The reaction was carried out in a micro-reaction cell, and the orange-red colored Cu2HgI4 produced was settled at the bottom of the reaction cell. The reflectance R∞, which is directly proportional to the amount of Cu2 HgI4 produced, was measured by the reflection spectrometer. The fundamental principle, effect factors and experimental conditions of the method were discussed. The linear range of the determination was 0. 1-6. 0μg and detection limit was 0. 01 μg. It has been applied to the determination of mercury in sewage and soil sample and the recovery was from 96% to 102%.
