摘　　要： 通过对企业信息化工程实施中误区的分析,指出企业要避免实施风险走出误区,制定信息化工程总体规划是十分必要的,同时还论述了总体规划要解决的主要问题,并依此探讨了规划的过程与步骤,为企业制定信息化总体规划提供参考。 The information construction for enterprises is a project with high risks. The project takes a largesized unit in cost, a longer period, and lots of technologises. This paper lists many mistaken ideas about informarion construction, and gives some suggestions to avoid risks. The contents and methods of master plans are discussed because master plans are the key to information construction.
