摘 要: 以自制马来海松酸为原料之一,合成了新型不饱和聚酯树脂(简称U PR).测试了新型U PR的物理性能、力学性能、耐腐蚀性及固化性能等,与通用U PR的各项性能进行了比较,结果表明:新型U PR的拉伸强度和硬度较大;耐腐蚀性较优;固化时间较长,固化放热峰较低. New unsaturated polyester resin (UPR) was prepared by using maleipimaric acid (MPA), biatomic acids and diatomic alcohols as raw materials. Properties of the new UPR including physical properties, curing properties, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were determined, and compared with commodity UPR. The results showed that the prepared new UPR has higher tensile strength and hardness, better corrosion resistance, longer solidification time, and lower exothermic peak.
