摘 要: 内隐理论在无意识过程中指导着教师的日常教学活动.教师的内隐理论进步与否可直接影响教学质量与培养目的.进入21世纪,教师的角色也在逐步发生变化.要适应这种变化,必须学会反思.只有不断地进行科学的反思,调整自己的内隐理论,才能使自己的内隐理论在教学过程中发挥积极的促进作用,才有可能从容面对教育改革的挑战,适应时代对教师角色的要求. Latent theory guides teachers' daily teaching activity without their awareness. The level of teachers' latent theory has a direct effect on teaching quality and goals of cultivation. In the 21st century, teachers' role is changing progressively too. They must learn to re-examine to adapt to this change. Only by making scientific introspection and adjust one's own latent theory con- stantly, can one give his latent theory full play in the course of teaching, calmly take the challenges of educational reform, and meet the needs of the times for teachers' role.
