摘　　要： 哈贝马斯对话语民主的思考依附于他对市民社会问题的探讨。因而,在他构筑的不同市民社会研究平台上,对话语民主的讨论是有差异的。但整体话语民主理论的基本策略是一致的。话语民主理论虽然有其进步性,但它制造的困境也是十分明显的。 The discussions of discourse democracy based on different civil society theory are different each other, because the discourse democracy theory adheres to the civil society theory. Discourse democracy theory attributes the center of democracy to the course towards the consent in civil society, not the result. Discourse democracy theory makes obvious dilemma despite the progresses.
