摘　　要： 众所周知,银行已成为当今世界金融活动的主体。伴随着经济贸易的迅速发展,银行推动并扩大了资本的国际间流动,世界金融业大融合的趋势给我国金融事业跨国经营提供了一个很好的机遇。另外,金融体制改革的道路依然有很长一段要走,我国银行业通过与国际市场联系,与国际惯例衔接,可以促使金融业现代化的早日实现。 It is known that banks have been the main body of the world financial activities. With the rapid development of economy ＆ foreign trade, the banks promote and expand the international mobilization of capital. The tendency of world financial combination gives us a good opportunity to realize the transnational management. However, for the reform of financial system, we still have a long way to go. We believe throughout the communicating with international market and linking up to the worldwide usual practice, the financial modernization of our banks can be achieved in the near future.
