摘　　要： 我国实施积极财政政策已取得很大成绩,但任何政策包括财政政策在内都具有一定的时效性。我国财政政策离不开其赖以发挥作用的不断变化和发展的宏观经济背景和形势,应根据经济条件的变化对财政政策的调控目标、方式、手段进行适时调整,以保持经济的适度增长和长期持续稳定协调的发展。 It has six years since we carried out active finance police and achieved great success. However, effectiveness exists in any policy including active finance policy, the author suggests the transfer of active finance policy is an indispensable tendency, in which timely adjustments should be made on the basis of the changes in economic situations in terms of manipulative object in active finance policy so as to maintain moderate growth and sustainable and steady development.
