摘　　要： 青年大学生在全球化及改革开放新形势的挑战和冲击下,公共伦理精神淡化,因此,必须加强对当代大学生公共伦理精神的培养。特别是对当代大学生在处理各项事务中的诚信原则,廉洁作风,开拓创新思想,宽容态度,敬业精神等等的培养尤显迫切。 The public ethical spirit is becoming more and more important in the contemporary society. Considering the fact that the public ethical spirit of the university students has gone downhill under the impact and challenges brought by globalization and the reforming and opening up policy, for the sake of the young generation and the future, we must strengthen the cultivation of the public ethical spirit of the contemporary university students, especially the cultivation of the spirits necessary in dealing with various affairs such as faithfulness, honesty, pioneering ideas, tolerance and conscientiousness.
