摘 要: 研究目的是探讨天线罩及其模具并行设计的方法。利用人工神经网络技术,通过采集天线罩样件的外形曲面数据,结合固化变形、加工余量数据,对天线罩曲面和模具曲面进行并行设计;结合单层罩壁的玻璃钢航空机载雷达天线罩的设计实例证明了该方法可以实现产品和工艺装备数据共享和并行设计,缩短研制和设计周期,提高了效率。 The aim of this research was to provide a parallel design method for the design and manufacture of fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) airborne radar dome and its mould. Based on the collection of the surface data of radar dome sample and the data of curing deformation and processing deformation, the design of the discrete points of radar dome surface and mould surface was made by means of RBF network. The example of single layer FRP airborne radar dome proved that the parallel design and share data of the product could be realized by this method, so as to get high efficiency and shortened the period of developing.
