摘　　要： 本文从信息安全决策过程的特点和任务出发,构建了一个信息安全决策框架模型,介绍了组成安全决策过程的四个基本决策过程:风险分析过程、安全规划过程、应急响应和灾难恢复过程,以及安全管理过程的基本内容、方法和步骤,具有较强的可操作性和现实意义。 Base on the characteristics and missions of the process of information security decision, This paper set up an frame model of information security decision, introduced to the contents, method and steps of four basic decision processes of the process of security decision： Risk analysis process, security programming process, Response to meet an emergency ＆ Recover to meet a disaster process,and Security management process.The paperhave the stronger maneuverability and realistic meanings.
