摘　　要： 健康杂种猪６头，体重（３１．３±１．８）ｋｇ，用于研究猪链球菌病对磺胺二甲嘧啶（ＳＭ２）一次和多次静注药代动力学的影响。用重氮化一偶合比色法测定血药浓度，矩量法分析药一时数据，预测方程法模拟多次给药的浓度曲线。结果显示，猪链球菌病使ＳＭ２一次给药的清除率显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０５），多次给药的清除率极显著升高（Ｐ＜Ｏ．０１），传统的预测方程对病态下ＳＭ２多次给药的动力学不适用。本文对病态下清除率变化的原因进行了讨论。 Six healthy hybrid pigs[(31.1±1.8) kg b.w,] were used to investigateeffects of Streptococcus suis on pharmacokinetics of sulfadimidine(SM2)following singleand multiple intravenous bolus injections.SM2 in plasma was determined with spec-trophotometry.The data of SM2 concentration-time were analysed with moment theoryand the multiple dosing curves were simulated with predicting equation.The resultsshowed that Streptococcus suis decreased the single-dosing clearance(P<0.05)and in-creased the multiple-dosing clearance(P<0.01).The traditional predicting eqtiationwas not suitable to the curves of SM2 after multaple dosing in diseased pigs.The rea-sons which make clearance changing was discussed in this paper.
