摘 要: 对于超声清洗设备的生产者和使用者来说,了解声场信号的特征有助于正确地测量超声场并合理地评价超声清洗设备。使用水听器对低频超声清洗声场的声压进行了测量,分析了声压信号的时域特征,并研究了超声波发生器对声压信号的影响。结果表明:低频超声清洗声场的时域声压波形具有宏观上的周期性和微观上的随机性两大特点;超声波发生器直接影响着清洗机的声场特性。 For user and producer of ultrasonic cleaning equipments, to know the characteristics of the signal of sound field is helpful to measure ultrasonic field correctly and appraise ultrasonic cleaning equipments reasonably. The hydrophone was used as measuring iastrument to study the acoustic pressure waveforms of ultrasonic fields for cleaning in time domain, and the time domain characteristics of pressure signal were obtained. Finally, the effect of ultrasonic generator on the pressure signal was also investigated. The results show that randomieity and periodicity are the characteristics of pressure waveforms of ultrasonic cleaning fields, and ultrasonic generator has a direct influence on the characteristics of ultrasonic fields.
