摘 要: 本文对高职食品加工专业的实践教学体系、考核方式、教学方法和手段、师资队伍建设等方面进行了一些探讨,指出在保留传统理论教学方式的基础上加强现代化的实践教学,不断创新教学改革,提升教学理念,努力培养复合型高职食品加工专业人才。 These aspects were discussed and researched such as tea-ching system and examining manner and teaching methods and teach-ers procession' s construction of practical teaching of high technologic-al education' s food processing major in this article,It was pointed out that modernization practical teaching should be enhanced on the base of reserveing traditional methods of theory teaching.At the same time teaching innovation and idea of teaching should be improved and levated in order to train complicated specialtily talents of high tech--nological education' s food processing major.
