摘 要: 杂交早稻V48-2秧苗经人工低温(5~7℃)处理后测定其死苗率、叶片电解质渗漏率和叶片脂质过氧化作用的结果表明:旱育秧苗抗冷能力明显强于湿润育秧秧苗;育秧期间的干旱胁迫是导致旱育秧苗抗冷能力强的根本原因。 The results of dead seedling ratios,electrolyte leakage and lipid peroxidationtests with hybrid rice V48-2,after an artificial low temperature(5~7℃)treatment for 72 hand 144 h,proved that the rice seedlings raised in dry nursery had much stronger cold resis-tance than that raised in wet nursery,and it is the drought stress that causes the increase ofthe cold resistance in rice seedlings during nursery growth.
