摘　　要： 阐述了千兆以太无源光网络(EPON)系统。结合EPON系统的功能要求,指出嵌入式Linux系统是EPON系统软件设计较好的平台,提出了嵌入式Linux系统在EPON系统中的应用。 Systematic structure of Ethemet Passive Optical Network （EPON） is introduced in this article. Based on the design of EPON, this article presents the advantages of Linux in embedded system and the application and implementation of embedded Linux system in EPON system.
