摘　　要： BOSS系统是中国移动从单一的移动电话服务运营商向提供多种电信服务运营商发展所必须的新一代电信业务运营支撑系统.新BOSS系统是一套基于计算机网络及相关应用技术、采用计费、营业、帐务、客服级大集中战略、用以支持移动业务运营的平台系统,它可以满足电信客户需求的不断变化和发展,增强对不断出现的新业务的支撑能力和反应速度,提高电信企业的服务水平和质量.目前Boss综合帐务系统的实时出帐功能已经成为了国内移动运营企业实现高水平服务的一个重要标志.本文给出了一种Boss综合帐务系统的实时出帐模块的设计方案,它采用集中化、一体化、两级系统、三层结构的体系结构.它从功能上涵盖计费、结算、实时帐务及相应的决策支持分析等方面,并根据需要与相关外部系统进行互连,各项性能指标均符合中国移动公司的相关规范要求.它的投入使用大大提升了系统的功能和服务水平. Business ＆ Operation Support System （BOSS） is a new business support system which is necessary to China Mobile to change itself from single service business supporter to multi - services business supporter. New BOSS system is a platform which is based on computer network and related to appliance technology and adopts a stratagem that centralizes charging, business and account. It can build up the system ability to support new business and upgrade reacting speed. Currently, real- time out- account model of BOSS comprehensive account system has been an important mark of high level services prodded by domestic mobile service providers. In this papers we give a new design of real-time out-account model of BOSS comprehensive account system. It adopts a new centralized, integrated, two-grades and three-layers system structure. Its functions include charging, balance, real-time account and decision- making. It can link to exterior system. It has raised the function of original system and service level.
