摘　　要： 随着我国经济体制改革的深入发展,建立适合我国国情的金融领域犯罪防控体系的重要性日益明显,金融领域的犯罪破坏金融秩序,威胁我国金融安全,危害性极大,必须认真分析金融领域犯罪原因,从强化司法控制、联合预警机制、加强监管信息网络和金融机构内控机制建设等环节构建金融领域犯罪的防控体系。 With the development of our economic system reform it is urgent to build a financial crime precaution system conforming to the actual situations of our country. Crime in financial industry will break the financial order, endanger state＇s safety. The reasons of the crime should be determined earefully. The crime precaution system may be constructed from deepening the judicial control, unifying early-warning system, strengthening supervising neat and the internal control of the financial industry.
