摘　　要： 为有效测定底泥中土霉素残留量,建立了底泥中土霉素残留的提取方法和高效液相色谱检测方法。底泥样品中的土霉素可以用EDTA缓冲溶液进行有效提取,经过HLB萃取小柱纯化和浓缩等步骤,底泥样品中土霉素的回收率为65.3%～70.1%。控制流动相为乙腈-0.01mol/L草酸溶液(12∶88,V/V);柱温为25℃;流速为1.0ml/min;350nm,紫外检测;以Hy-persilC18,BDS色谱柱对药物进行分离,在此色谱条件下土霉素的出峰时间为16.28min,该方法的最低检测限为0.01mg/kg。 The extracted method and HPLC method had been established to determine the oxytetracycline residues in the sediment. Oxytetracycline in the sediment can be effectively extracted by EDTA buffer, after being purified by HLB columniation and concentrated, the recovery of oxytetracycline was among 53.25%～ 60.86%. Controlling the chromatographic condition as follow： The mobile phase was Acetonitrile-Oxalic acid （12 ： 88, V/V）; Column temperature was 25℃ The flow rate was 1.0ml/min; The determine wavelength was 350nm; Oxytetracycline can be detected at 16.28min under the condition. The minimal detected limit of the method was 0.01mg/kg.
