摘 要: 采用GPS、GSM与GIS技术开发网络智能车辆定位追踪系统,用于在网络上自动追踪车辆的位置.本系统由二个部分组成:安装有GPS接收器和GSM短消息收发系统的车载智能终端,监控中心电子地图系统.利用GPS准确获得车辆的位置、速度等信息,利用GSM实现车载GPS跟踪器与监控中心计算机之间的通信,最后将目标显示在计算机的电子地图上,并在网络上实现对电子地图的访问.本文主要介绍车载智能终端部分. The GPS, GSM and GIS technique are used to develop a vehicle positioning and tracking system, which is based on the network and can track the vehicle automatically on the network. The system contains two parts: the vehicle intelligent terminal with GPS GSM and the monitoring center which manages the digital map system. This system uses the GPS to acquire the position of vehicle, and uses the GSM to realize the communication between the vehicle and monitoring center. So the target can be shown on the digital map, and we can access the map through the Internet. This paper introduces the part of the vehicle intelligent terminal mainly.
