摘　　要： 为全面了解住宅建筑的能耗水平、终端商品能耗结构、建筑用能模式,于2005年4月在无锡市范围内进行了一次住宅建筑能耗的问卷调查,应用统计分析方法,对被调查家庭用能设备的拥有量、空调设备使用情况和家庭用能情况及空调消费趋势等内容进行了统计和分析。根据统计分析结果,分析了人均收入、人均居住面积、分时电费制度的实施等因素对住宅户均空调拥有量的影响,探讨了住宅空调的发展趋势。 A survey has been made in April, 2005, in Wuxi to investigate the energy-consumption mode and level, terminal power-consumption constitution in residential buildings. The statistical method was applied to analyze the distributions of power-consumption facilities, the utilizations on air-conditioners. Based on the statistical results, the factors of per which have influence on the average capita income, per capita housing area and time- sharing power price,which have influence on the average air- conditioners quantities in the investigated families are analyzed to evaluate the developing trend related to air-conditioners in residential buildings.
