摘 要: 果葡糖浆在国外发展迅速并广泛地应用于各种食品生产中,但国内的生产和消费却徘徊不前.介绍了国内果葡糖浆的生产应用现况,分析了国内果葡糖浆发展缓慢的原因,展望了发展趋势. Fructose dextrose syrup has been widely used in food industry abroad. However, its production and application developed slowly in China. This paper introduced the current status of production and application of fructose dextrose syrup,analyzed the causes for its slow development and presented its developing trend in China.
