摘　　要： 我国部分警察违法违纪,造成不好的警民关系,除了自身的素质外,很大因素与警察存在的一些问题有关,警察存在的一 些问题不是警察自身能解决的,它是由社会的客观环境和社会体制本身的不完善造成的。 A portion of policemen in China are against the law and rules, which results in bad relationship between police and the public. Apart from the quality of police, the main reason lies in the problems existing in police force. Such problems can not be solved by police themselves. They are the results of subjective social environment and social system itself.
