摘 要: 采用藻类生长动力学函数和藻类测试化学品毒性的标准方法,分别研究了高、低质量 浓度Se(Ⅳ)对钝顶(S.platensis)和极大(S.maxima)螺旋藻生长的影响,结果表明:低质量浓度组 中,Se(Ⅳ)的质最浓度低于16 mg/L时对钝顶螺旋藻前4 d的生长影响差异无显著性意义,但当质 量浓度为32 mg/L时出现明显的抑制作用;而低质量浓度范围内,即质量浓度低于32 mg/L的Se (Ⅳ)在前4 d对极大螺旋藻的生长的影响不明显.高质量浓度组中,当质量浓度高于560 mg/L时, 钝顶螺旋藻的生长被完全抑制;硒对极大螺旋藻的最低完全抑制质量浓度为600mg/L. The effects of selenium on S. platensis and S. maxima were investigated at the higher mass concentration group and the lower mass concentration group respectively and were analyzed with dynamics function of algal growth and thc standard algal bioassay method. The results shewed: at the lower mass concentration group, there, is no significant effect on the four - day growth of S. platensis when the mass concentrtion of Se( Ⅳ ) is lower than 16 rag/L, but there is inhibitive effect when the mass concentrtion of Se( Ⅳ ) is 32 mg/L; however, there is no distinct effect on the growth of S. maxima in the four- day at lower mass concentration group, that is when the mass concentrtion of Se ( Ⅳ ) is lower than 32 mg/L. At the higher mass concentration group, the growth of S. platensis was totally inhibited when the mass concentration of Se( Ⅳ ) was higher than 560 mg/L. And the minimum inhabitation mass concentration of Se( Ⅳ ) to S. maxima was 600 mg/L.
