摘 要: 从采自海南岛三亚的扭曲肉芝软珊瑚Sarcophytontortuosum中分离得到3个新四萜和1个已知四萜methylsar-tortuoate(1).利用HMQC,1H-1HCOSY,HMBC等二维NMR方法首次对methylsartortuoate(1)的所有1H,13CNMR信号进行了完全的归属. Methyl sartortuoate was first obtained from soft coral Sarcophyton sartortuosum and its structure was determined mainly by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. In our continuing study on the bio- active substances of soft coral, three more new tetraterpenoids and a known compound, methyl sartortuoate, were isolated from the same species of soft coral. The structure of methyl sartortuoate has been elucidated by means of 1D and 2D NMR techniques. At the same time, ^1H and ^13C NMR signals have been assigned definitely. This information was very useful for the structural determination of the tetraterpeneoids with this skeleton.
