摘　　要： 文章提出了高校图书馆网络信息资源建设原则,阐述了高校图书馆网络信息资源的评价、选择及采集、整理,指出高校图书馆应充分利用现代化的信息组织技术,对网络信息资源进行序化、揭示,编制出功能强大的检索工具,以满足高校师生对网络信息资源的需求。 This article brings forward the principles of constructing web information resources in college library, then expatiates its evaluation, selection collection and integration, and indicates that college library should make the best of the technology of modern information resources＇ organization to order reveal web information resources, authorizes the search tool with strong function, in order to meet the requirement of teachers and students in college library .
