摘　　要： 在分析物流园区选址的影响因素和物流园区选址常用的方法的基础上,运用模糊德尔菲法、层次分析法与灰色关联分析相结合的评价方法对物流园区的选址问题进行分析评价.以长株潭国际工业物流园区选址问题为例进行评价,同时与传统的评价方法进行分析比较,结果表明该方法有较好的区分度、评价更为客观. Based on the analysis of affecting factors of locating a logistics park as well as the common methods to situate location,a combined evaluation method is applied to evaluate the choice of logistics park location. The method integrates advantages of fuzzy-Delphi analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and gray incidence analysis. And the method is applied to the location problem of Changzhutan international industry logistics park. Finally it compares with other classical evaluation methods. The result shows that the combined evaluation method is more effective and objective than those of the others.
