摘　　要： 目前我国的环境行政执法还很不完善,理论和实践中都存在一些问题。该文从环境行政执法中环境行政奖励的构建为切入点,通过对环境行政执法中奖励的条件、种类、范围、资金来源、奖励的程序、监督机制以及救济途径等若干方面的构建,倡导一种人性化的执法方式,对我国环境行政执法的完善提出建议。 At present, environment administrative law is not perfect in China. There are many problems in theory and practice. This article attaches great importance to administrative reward, by perfection of condition, kind, range, fund, and procedure for the reward and still emphasizes that the most important element in administrative law is human which is the starting point of all problems, and thus, stresses the human-oriented character in administration of law.
