摘 要: 本文介绍了羧甲基淀粉的生产工艺流程及其性质和技术指标,对羧甲基淀粉的气流干燥新工艺进行了探讨,并说明了该产品在食品工业中的主要应用。 Production of carboxymethyl starch (CMS) was briefly introduced. New technology process of CMS pneumatic conveying drying was discussed . In addition, application of CMS as food additive was illustrated.
