摘　　要： 文章针对当前大学英语教与学的现状,通过阐述学生自主学习以及分析自主学习对教师的要求,探讨大学英语自主学习能力的培养中的自主教学方式。促使大学生素质全面发展,使学生学会学习,达到愿学、乐学、会学、善学。 This paper discusses the requirements of autonomous learning for students and teachers and studies the teaching autonomous methods in cultivating students＇ English autonomous leamlng in the light of the present situations of college English teaching and learning. Therefore, students can wholly develop and they will learn English willingly, happily and skillfully.
