摘　　要： 本文从宪法的角度对构建和谐社会给中国宪政建设带来的影响做出分析:构建和谐社会是社会主义宪政的属性要求;构建社会主义和谐社会是对宪政理论变迁的回应;构建社会主义和谐社会意味着国家权力运行方式的改变;构建和谐社会对我国宪法制度提出更高的要求。 This essay,from the angle of constitution,makes following analysis about the influences of building a harmonious socicty on China＇s constitutionalism construction.Establishing a harmonious society is one attribute of socialist constitutionalism and it is a response to changes of constitution theory.Building a harmonious society also indicates the change of our state＇s power use.Meanwhile,it makes some greater demands to promote our constitutional institution.
