摘 要: 在实验的基础上分析了高铬铸铁的耐磨特性,介绍了根据轧辊摩擦系统选择高铬铸铁,用分段镶套法修复冷硬铸铁轧辊技术。这一技术使大量报废轧辊得以再生,并提高轧辊寿命70%,解决了普通冷硬铸铁轧辊耐磨性差,使用寿命短,设备维修费用高的问题。 Based on experiments,the abrasion-resistance of high-chromium white cast ironis analysed,and the technology of selecting the high-chromium white cast iron according tothe roller frication system and restoring the white cast iron by means of step- inlaying over-laping is introduced.This technique can make a large number of waste rollers remaniufac-tory and increase the service life of rollers by 70%;It also solve the problems of poor abra-sion-resistance,short service life of utilization and the high cost of equipment-maitaining of the common white cast iron rollers.
