摘　　要： 该文研究了试验因子与珠美海棠（Ｍａｌｕｓｚｕｍｉ）玻璃苗发生的关系，并利用呼吸抑制剂探索了玻璃苗产生的机理．结果表明：玻璃苗产生与多种因子有关．当光呼吸途径和磷酸戍糖呼吸途径（ＨＭＰ）被抑制时，玻璃苗显著增加。 The relationship of some experimental factors with the vitrification of Mains zumi was studied. Meanwhile the mechanism of vitreous shoot occurrence was explored with some respiratory inhibitors. The results show that there are many factors affecting the vitrification, such as growth rate, enclosed material, kind and density of plant growth regulators, agar, etc. The vitreous shoot increase significantly when the photorespiration and hoxose monophosphate pathway are restrained. It is confirmed that the restraint of respiration of shoot in vitro is the reason of vitrification.
