摘　　要： 合法合规经营是我国基金业健康发展的保证，而基金业的经营能否做到合法合规一定程度上依赖于督察员的监督实效。因而，强化督察员的监督职能是从公司治理角度入手保证基金业合法合规经营的关键。 legal operation is a guarantee that fund industry develops healthily in our country, and whether the operation of the fund industry is legal or not depends on the supervising effect of supervisors to a certain degree, As a result, enhancing supervisors＇ supervising function is the key to guarantee that fund industry operates lawfully from the view of the administration of companies.
