摘 要: 聚丙烯作为一种通用塑料,由于分子的非极性,较大程度上限制了在工程中的应用。本文介绍了使马来酸酐接枝到聚丙烯大分子链上,从而实现聚丙烯功能化的几种实施方法:单体直接共聚反应,溶液反应,熔融反应,辐射反应以及固相反应。同时概述了各过程中可能的接枝机理。阐述了接枝产物的表征方法——傅立叶转换红外光谱,核磁共振,流变性,广角X射线衍射,差示扫描量热法和化学滴定。最后介绍了该功能化产物的性能以及在胶粘剂。 Polypropylene(PP) being a general purpose plastics,the application of PP to engineering is greatly restricted owing to the non polar molecule of PP.The methods for the functionalization of PP by grafting maleic anhydride onto the big chains of PP is introduced in this paper:monomer direct copolymerization.solution reaction,melting reaction,radiation reaction and solid phase reaction.The grafting mechanism of the above mentioned reactions is described briefly.The characteriaztion of the graft products by Fourier transform infra red spectrometry,NMR,rheogoniometry, WAXD, DSC and chemical titration are also introduced. At last the property and application of the functional products to adhesive and interfacial compatibilizer are given.
