摘 要: 采用跟踪实验法,观察太极拳运动对中老年女性心理健康重要指标———情绪、情感及幸福度的影响。结果显示:长期太极拳运动后,中老年女性状态焦虑明显下降;紧张、愤怒、疲劳、抑郁、慌乱心境分量表得分和TMD分均明显下降,精力心境分量表得分明显上升;正性情感、正性体验的得分和幸福度总分均明显上升,负性体验的得分明显下降。 The method of follow-up experiment was used to observe the effect of Taijiquan exercise on the important indexes of middle-and-old aged females' mental health, i.e. sentiment, feeling and the degree of happiness. The results reveal that after a long-term Taijiquan exercise, the state anxiety of the middle-and-old aged females, their score in the mood scale of tension, indignation, tiredness, depression, fluster and TMD have all decreased significantly, while the score in the mood scale of energy has increased obviously, and not only the score of positive feeling and experience but also the total score of the degree of happiness have risen markedly, yet that of the negative experience has decreased obviously.
