摘 要: 通过加热回流的方法以2-羟基-1,4-萘醌(HNQ)、无水乙醇为主要原料以65%硝酸为催化剂合成了2-乙氧基-1,4-萘醌。通过改变反应时间和催化剂的用量来确定最佳反应条件。采用UV-V is、IR1、H NMR、元素分析、GC-MS等测试技术分析产物。对合成条件进行了优化,得到的产品为黄色粉末状固体,产率为29.60%。实验表明,此合成路线简单易行。 2-Ethoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (EONQ) was synthesized by reflux in an ethanol solution with 2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone(HNQ) and ethanol as reactants and concentrated HNO3 as the catalyst. The reflux time, the dosage of catalyst and the reaction temperature were selected for optimizing reaction conditions. Product characterization was performed by means of UV-Vis, IR, ^1H NMR, elemental analysis, and GC-MS. The product was a farinose yellow solid. The experimental results indicate that the method is very simple in preparing EONQ.
