摘 要: 探讨了改善H_2O_2漂白化学浆效率的途径。结果表明,高温漂白和漂前预处理可明显改善H_2O_2的漂白效率。当漂白温度由60℃提高到90℃时,白度增加6%ISO。预处理效果的大小顺序为:木素活化剂>螯合剂>木聚糖酶>硫酸。活化剂-螯合剂复合处理不仅可进一步提高白度,而且明显抑制了纤维素的降解。 The ways of improving H_2O_2 efficiency in bleaching of chemical pulps were investigated in this paper.The results showed that the H_2O_2 bleaching efficiency was improved obviously with high-temperature bleaching and pretreatment prior to bleaching. Brightness increased by 6% ISO when bleaching temperature was raised from 60℃ to 90℃. The order of the pretreatmemt effectiveness is lignin-activating agent, chelating agent, xylanase and sulphuric acid., The activating-chelating complex treatment may not only further increase brightness but also restrain cellulose depolymerization evidently.
