摘 要: 苯甲酰肼在乙醇中,回流条件下,与芳醛和苯乙酮反应得到相应的酰腙(2a~2h),然后再进一步与乙酸酐环合,以良好的收率合成出了1,3,4-卟恶唑啉类衍生物(3a~3h)。通过元素分析,IR,1HNMR和MS对其结构进行表征,并对其裂解途径进行了探讨。 Benzoyl hydrazine was synthesized by reaction ot etnyt oenzate with Condensation of (1) with benzaldehyde, 4-chlorobenzaldehyde, 2-chlorobenzaldehyde, 2,4-dichlorobenzaldehyde, 3- bromobenzaldehyde, 4-methoxybenzaldehyde, furaldehyde and acetylbenzene produced corresponding hydrazones (2a-2h). Cyclization of intermediates with acetic anhydide gave the title compounds (3a-3h) in good yield. Structures products were confirmed by elementary analyses, IR, ^1H NMR, and MS spectroscopy, and fragmentation mechanism of MS spectra was discussed as well.
