摘　　要： 同发达国家很多行业领袖获得超过平均利润的利润相比,我国不少民营企业的行业领袖却陷入微利状态。产业的夕阳化、创新能力的缺乏以及偏高的商务成本是民营企业行业领袖陷入微利“陷阱”的重要原因。切入朝阳产业、提高创新能力以及降低商务成本是民营企业摆脱微利困扰的有效途径。 Many enterprise leaders gain only low profit. The reason to this partly lies in the lack of creative ability and comparative high business cost. At the same time, the industries that enterprises focus on are turning into “the sun-setting industry” also accelerate the declining of profit. Entering into the sun-rising industry, improving the creative ability and reducing the business cost are the valid paths for private enterprises to overcome the tiny profit trap.
