摘 要: 用10mg/L,25mg/L和50mg/L的PP_(333)处理草莓,可降低由渗透胁迫所引起的草莓叶片相对含水量(RWC)的降低程度,减缓质膜相对透性值和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的上升幅度,降低超氧歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,延缓草莓叶片可溶性蛋白质和叶绿素含量的下降,其中以25mg/L浓度的PP_(333)处理对提高草莓抗旱效果最好。 Under water stress,the relative plasmalemma permeability in leaves of strawberry(Fragariaananassa Duch) was reduced by PP_(333) at concentration of 10mg/L, 25mg/L and 50mg/L.The relative watercontent(RWC) in leaves were higher than that of contral. It was found that PP_(333) increased POD activity anddecreased the malondialdehyde(MDA) content and the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,it retarded the de-creased the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein in leaves of strawberry grown under water stress,The effectof drought-resistence with 25mg/LPP_(333) has been shown better.
