摘 要: 外施性的德育面临的问题是它难以进入到儿童心灵深处,因而低质低效。儿童在良好的教学生态中会自动形成德性。认识素朴的德的存在、特性和生成机制,是认识良好教学生态在德育中的地位的关键;认识教学-学习在整个儿童生活中的核心地位, 是认识良好教学生态在德育中的真正基础地位的前提。教学生本化是形成良好教学生态和建立德育真正基础的关键。 The dilemma of outside-imposed moral education lies in its low quality and low efficiency as a result of difficulty in going deep into the hearts of children. Generally, children develop their moral characters automatically in a satisfactory teaching ecology. For this reason, the awareness of the existence of naive characters, their features and their formation is the key link for understanding the position of teaching ecology in moral education, while the awareness of the core position of teaching-learning in children's lives is the prerequisite for understanding the really fundamental position of teaching ecology in moral education. In a word, the students-based teaching is the key link to have teaching ecology and construct the basis of moral education.
