摘 要: 液相环境下振荡的压电石英晶体传感器的谐振频率变化主要受液体性质和表面质量负载的影响。通过将一表面抛光和一表面有沟槽的石英晶体传感器置于测量池,前者在液体中的谐振频移反映了液体粘密度之积的变化,而两晶体的谐振频差则反映了液体的密度变化。从而使该装置可同时用于液体的粘度与密度的测量。实验结果表明,该装置具有简单、灵敏度高和线性关系好等优点。 The resonance frequency shifts of piezoelectric quartz crystal sensors in contact with the liquid are influenced mainly by liquid properties and mass loading on the quartz crystal surface. Using two crystals together, one crystal with a groove surface to measure the density and the other with a polished surface to measure the product of density and viscosity, thus a system for measuring density and viscosity of liquid could be developed. The results show that the system is simple, high sensitive and good linear relationship.
