摘　　要： 采用超临界流体萃取法(SFE)和气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC/M S)对梧桐子中脂溶性化学成分进行分析,并用N IST质谱数据库对其进行分析和鉴定.共分离鉴定出10种物质,大部分为不饱和脂肪酸类和酯类,占色谱总流出峰面积的83.37%. Supercritical fluid extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry were employed to assay the lipsoluble chemical components in Semen Firmianae and NIST spectral database were used to analyze and identify these components. Ten constituents were isolated and identified and most of them were unsaturated fatty acids and esters;these components covered 83.37% of the total peak area.
