摘 要: 将微电解法应用于处理造纸中段废水,最佳的实验条件为:曝气量0 4L/min、铁炭质量比2∶1、pH值3、反应时间1 0min。从铁屑反应前后表面状况的扫描电镜和附集于铁屑表面沉积物的红外光谱分析,比较铁屑/炭对废水微电解处理法、铁屑/炭在酸性水溶液中获得新生态Fe2 + 混凝法以及直接使用FeSO4 混凝法的3种方法去除色度和CODCr效果,说明微电解法有氧化还原作用、絮凝作用、电附集作用、过滤吸附作用等反应机理。 The micro-electrolysis method was applied to treat papermaking middle-stage effluent,the results of orthogonal experiment showed the optimum conditions:blowing air volume was 0.4 L/min,the weight ratio of iron to carbon was 2:1 ,pH value was 3 and reaction time was 10 min.Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and FTIR were employed to explore the surfaces of iron chips and analyze the deposit.The removal of color and CODCr by microelectrolysis method was compared to by flocculated with Fe^2+ from Fe/C in acidic water and directly with FeSO4.These indicated the reactive mechanism of micro-electrolysis method, which involved oxidation-reduction ,flocculation,electro-enrichment, filtration-adsorption and so on.
