摘 要: 在饲料中分别添加w/10-3为0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0维生素C(VC)。在饲喂胡子鲶Claris fuscus的第12、24、36和52天后,分别测定血液中自细胞吞噬活性、血清蛋白质质量浓度;在第24天,测定血液中淋巴细胞活性;在第12天和第52天,测定血清抗蛋白酶物质比活性;在第24天和第52天,测定血清VC质量浓度。结果表明,在饲料添加VC不能提高胡子鲶白细胞的吞噬指数(PI);对吞噬能力(PC)有影响;对淋巴细胞活性有明显的增强功能;血清抗蛋白酶物质比活性基本不受VC的影响;对血清蛋白质质量浓度有明显的提高作用;而对血清中VC质量浓度却有明显的降低作用。 Claris fuscus were fed with diets containing 0 (control) 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 mg/kg vitamins C for 12, 24, 36 or 52 days. The leucocyte phagocytic activities and the serum protein contents were evaluated respectively at each one of the assayed times. Meanwhile, the lymphocyte activities at day 24, the antiprotease activities at day 12 and 52, and the serum vitamin C levels at day 24 and 52 were also examined respectively. The results demonstrate that vitamin C could enhance the phagocytic activities slightly, stimulate obviously T lymphocyte activities but the effect was not therefbre directly dose-dependent, and also effectively increase the serum protein contents of fish. However, the phagocytic index was not affected. The serum vitamin C levels of fish were inversely proportional to the doses of vitamin C and the antiprotease activities were not affected by vitamin C.
